Return & Exchange:
For Return: If you want to return your items, please notify us by email stating the reason for the return within 10 days of receipt. Please contact us at first to obtain the return address. The postage cost is not reimbursed. The refund will be reimbursed to your credit card account within 10 days after we receiving the returns. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount, so please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order. Please send back the returns by insured airmail; we will not be responsible for any loss and damage of return shipments.
For Exchange: Exchanges are only allowed for the items which are defective or damaged upon receipt or the items do not fit. Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery and the customer is responsible for all the shipping charges caused by the whole exchange process. All items can only exchange for equal price replacement, please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.
